Under the dual drivers of global energy conservation policies and consumption upgrading, the limitations of traditional thermostatic switches have become increasingly apparent. According to the latest research data, in 2023, global temperature control devices caused 3.7 billion kWh of energy waste due to insufficient accuracy, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 3 million households. In response to this situation, after three years of technological research, WNRE has officially launched the KST series high-precision mechanical thermostatic switches. Their unique bimetal coupling structure and patented heat conduction design have successfully improved temperature control accuracy to ±3(industry average ±10), performing particularly well in fast-paced temperature change scenarios such as electric irons and pressure cookers.

1. Dynamic Response Compensation System

By integrating a temperature change rate sensor, the product can automatically adjust contact action timing based on heating rates. Laboratory data shows that under rapid heating conditions of electric irons, it reduces temperature overshoot by 42% compared to traditional products.

2. Gradient Material Contact Technology

Using a copper-silver-graphene composite layered structure, it reduces contact resistance to 8mΩ (industry standard 15mΩ) while maintaining 10A current carrying capacity.
